Lucy and John continue their adventures in Egypt, Scotland and on the ski slopes of France.

Their investigations take them to Cairo and the Giza plateau. They search for the tomb of an ancient pharaoh containing by far the largest and most important treasure ever buried in Egypt.

The search very quickly takes on an extra dimension as they are being watched closely by a sophisticated team of robbers who have searched for this tomb for more than thirty years. But this team are not the only ones preparing to kill Lucy and John if they make their discovery.

Their murder would echo exactly one that took place as the tomb was being closed 3,500 years ago. Can they discover the tomb, protect its contents - and survive?
